Wedding Jitters?

It's only natural the a Bride and Groom to have wedding jitters. Jitters are really just a mixture of nerves and excitement. We thought it'd be fun to look at few natural remedies for
the common case of jitters.

  1. LAUGH - Believe it or not laughter releases stress & tension allowing one to relax.
  2. Soak in a Lavender bath - All you need is 15 minutes in a Lavender bath to feel the calm soothing effects of this fragrant herb.
  3. Enjoy Yourself - Make sure the week leading up to your wedding you take some time for you as an individual as well as a couple. Do things you enjoy that aren't wedding related. For example, Go on a Spa Day - Hiking - Biking - Cooking - Etc....
  4. Put Your Thoughts In Writing - Write yourself or your partner a letter to release tension and/or emotions (thus avoiding tears on the big day); put the letter away for safe keeping or give it to your partner.
  5. LOVE - Remind yourself that you are about to embark on an incredible journey with your best friend; the love of your life. Be reminded of all the reasons why you love him/her, in turn allowing yourself to be flooded with joy.
